Los Angeles, CA. – Colliers facilitated the sale of a 255,000-square-foot industrial property located at 14555 Alondra Boulevard in La Mirada. The Class A landmark property, originally built in 1969, and completely renovated in 2016, sits on a 12.09-acre lot, and boasts superior street visibility in a high-trafficked area with immediate access to the 5 and 91 freeways. The newly renovated industrial site features over 11,000 sq. ft. of office space, substantial storage facilities, 22-foot ceilings, an expansive concrete-fenced yard, and oversized truck doors which equip the building with impressive truck drive-through capabilities. Additionally, the property features an on-site state-of-the-art truck washdown and a full-service mechanics building.
Senior executive vice president Chuck Wilson represented the seller, Interstate 5 Firestone LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and the buyer, Brookfield Properties, who purchased the property as a leased investment.
