Essex Property Trust, Inc. sold its luxury apartment complex, Essex Skyline, for $239.6 million, part of an asset reallocation to Northern California. The transaction generated $366.6 million, reinvested in three newer properties valued at $345.5 million. CEO Angela Kleiman highlighted acquisitions that optimize operations and enhance investor yields.
