Consulting firm ICF is moving its Los Angeles office roughly a block west on Fifth Street, trading the Gas Company Tower that Los Angeles County bought out of foreclosure for 3,131 square feet on the 32nd floor of Silverstein Properties’ newly upgraded U.S. Bank Tower.
