Furniture maker A. Rudin locked in an 11-year renewal at the Pacific Design Center and will move into an 11,000-square-foot flagship showroom in the Blue Building, the largest commitment in a 76,100-square-foot wave of showroom and dining deals at Cohen Brothers Realty's West Hollywood campus.
