Firm adds market-leading duo to growing Los Angeles business
Los Angeles, CA. – July 21, 2021 – Colliers today announced the addition of one of Greater Los Angeles’ top office brokerage teams — Steve Solomon and Kristen Bowman. The duo brings 40 years of experience, in-depth market knowledge and invaluable client relationships to the Los Angeles region, particularly the Westside and South Bay markets.
Solomon and Bowman join Colliers from JLL’s South Bay office, which Solomon opened in 2007. During their JLL tenure, the duo specialized in the leasing and sale of office properties and tenant consulting. The team has represented both institutional and entrepreneurial tenants and landlords on a variety of creative office adaptive reuse projects, the acquisition and disposition of investment properties as well as transactions surrounding buildings of historical significance.
Over the course of their careers, Solomon and Bowman have completed many prominent transactions across the Westside and South Bay markets. Their impressive track record totals over 7 billion dollars in volume and encompasses 50 million square feet.

Solomon joins the firm as Senior Executive Vice President. Bowman joins as First Vice President.
