Kallick was named Operating Partner of the firm’s Century City office. Spencer, the youngest attorney at the firm to ever hold this position, is a prominent land use and real estate attorney who has built a robust practice representing high-profile clients.

As a former assistant city attorney handling land use matters, Spencer leverages his deep understanding of the land use process and long-standing relationships at the city, county, state, and federal levels, to resolve issues quickly and close transactions smoothly. Clients appreciate Spencer’s ability to create consensus among the variety of players often involved in land use entitlements and real estate deals.
