Defense technology firm Anduril Industries has opened two new Airport Area fronts in a single quarter, signing 102,000 square feet at Koll Center Newport's 4000 MacArthur Boulevard and 70,640 square feet at Costa Mesa's Plaza Tower, deepening its grip on Orange County's office market.
