Atlas Freight Forwarding Renews 99,840 SQFT Industrial Lease in Otay Mesa

San Diego, Calif. August 23, 2022 – Colliers today announced the lease renewal of a 99,840 square-foot industrial warehouse facility in Otay Mesa, located within the 601,417 square-foot Piper Ranch Logistics Center at 2020 Piper Ranch Road, San Diego, CA 92154. Atlas Freight Forwarding Inc. has extended its current lease with a total consideration of approximately $7 million.

Colliers’ Otay Mesa Industrial experts Chris Holder, Mark Lewkowitz, and Will Holder brokered the deal on behalf of Atlas Freight Forwarding Inc. The project is owned by Ares Industrial Management.

Situated on a 31.32-acre site adjacent to the world’s busiest land border in the dynamic submarket of Otay Mesa, the property offers proximity to an abundant skilled labor pool and direct freeway access with high visibility. Property features include cross-dock configuration, extra trailer parking, secured truck courts, enhanced security with full perimeter fencing, and direct access to 905 Highway and 125 Toll Road.
