Bristol Myers Squibb to Return More Than 250,000 SQFT at Alexandria’s Campus Point as 200,000 SQFT Backfill Nears

Bristol Myers Squibb will hand back more than 250,000 square feet at Alexandria Real Estate Equities' Campus Point Megacampus in 2027 as it settles into its new 427,000-square-foot research hub on the same campus, and Alexandria says it is already in advanced negotiations to re-lease nearly 200,000 square feet of that space.
