A development entity led by charter school real estate veteran Larry Rieder has asked Los Angeles for an Eldercare Facility Unified Permit to replace a shuttered United Cerebral Palsy campus in Chatsworth with a three-story senior living community of 182 units and suites, a plan that the local neighborhood council's land use committee declined to support this spring.
