LOS ANGELES — March 26, 2026 — Following its most successful signature event of the year, CREW Los Angeles (CREW LA) has officially finalized $6,000 in charitable donations to the CREW Network Foundation and Altadena Girls. The contributions represent the final milestone of last year’s CREW Honors event, a night that celebrated the career and community legacy of Allison Lynch, Chief Operating Officer of Primestor.

The second biennial CREW Honors event brought together a packed house of over 130 industry colleagues at the historic Los Angeles Central Library. The venue served as a deliberate homage to Lynch’s love of reading and her commitment to continuous learning.

Lynch’s influence on the industry was evident by the energy in the room. The evening featured tributes from CREW LA President Amberly Washington; Lynch’s friend and mentor, Elizabeth Ringbom; her mentee and colleague, Shajira Hope; and her partner, Mike Calzada. The highlight of the event was an intimate fireside chat between Lynch and her Primestor colleagues, CEO Arturo Sneider and President Leandro Tyberg. The conversation explored the “why” behind Lynch’s work, tracing how her personal background shaped her non-traditional career path and her mission-driven leadership at both Primestor and CREW LA. The trio also discussed the vital importance of building belonging and representation in the industry, Lynch’s philosophy on mentorship as a living legacy, and her excitement for the next chapter of inclusive commercial real estate development.

“I am deeply humbled by this recognition, but as a longtime associate once reminded me, true impact often comes not from grand gestures, but small ones that last a lifetime,” said Lynch. “To see the proceeds of this magical evening support the CREW Network Foundation and Altadena Girls is the ultimate full-circle moment. My own path was shaped by women who created opportunities for me, and I am honored to help provide that same foundation of support and belonging for the next generation of leaders.”

The evening was meticulously curated by Lynch’s longtime colleagues Tori Robinson, Jennifer Hafner, and Shajira Hope, with creative conceptualization by The Aisha Life. From literary-themed cocktails to centerpieces featuring Lynch’s favorite books, the event was designed to honor her personally as well as professionally with its focus on her passion for reading.

“Allison is a valued member of both CREW-LA and the Los Angeles commercial real estate community, and we wanted this evening to be as intentional as her leadership,” said Robinson. “She has been a consistent beacon of support for women in our industry, fostering an environment of equity and inclusion. We were proud to celebrate her achievements in a way that provides tangible support for young women pursuing their own paths in CRE and community advocacy.”

In alignment with the evening’s theme of legacy, the event proceeds were split between two organizations close to Lynch’s heart:

  • CREW Network Foundation: Supporting scholarships and career outreach for young women entering the commercial real estate field.
  • Altadena Girls: A grassroots nonprofit born from the Eaton Fire that has since expanded into a vital community center for teenage girls.

The finalized $3,000 donation to each organization ensures that the impact of the CREW Honors gala will be felt by the next generation of Los Angeles leaders for years to come.

The event was made possible through the generous support of our Title Sponsors Primestor, Institutional Property Associates, Greenberg Glusker, and Loeb & Loeb; Book Sponsor Cox Castle & Nicholson LLP; and Event Sponsors Allen Matkins, KPRS Construction Services, and SR Watt Company.
