CrossFit and Hyrox gym Forge 8 Athletics took 5,267 square feet at the Exchange at Miramar Road in July, landing one of San Diego's three largest retail leases of the third quarter as fitness users keep filling space in a county where retail vacancy sits at 4.4 percent.
