With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Mr. Ramirez brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our organization. His remarkable track record in commercial property investments, leasing, development assistance, and corporate negotiations make him a valuable addition to our team.
Prior to joining our company, Mr. Ramirez served as the President of Millenia Commercial Real Estate in Upland, CA, where he successfully managed various functions such as sales, marketing, finance, operations, and project management. Under his leadership, the company achieved significant growth and consistently met its financial goals.
Throughout his career, Mr. Ramirez has worked with numerous national and international companies, including The Rockefeller Group, LG Electronics, McDonald’s, Subway, Wal-Mart, T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, 7-Eleven, AutoZone, and Panda Express Restaurants. His extensive experience in working with such prestigious clients demonstrates his ability to provide outstanding services and meet the unique requirements of diverse organizations.
Before venturing into commercial real estate, Mr. Ramirez owned and operated a chain of convenience store gas stations in Southern California. Additionally, he gained valuable experience in multifamily and net leased retail centers, acquiring and selling properties with family investors and associates.
Mr. Ramirez began his commercial real estate career with MGR Commercial Real Estate, where he quickly rose to become the company’s top commercial broker, surpassing over 400 licensed agents.
Mr. Ramirez’s expertise encompasses a range of skills, including critical thinking, effective communication, financial analysis, negotiation, and problem-solving.
