IRVINE, CALIF. – Approximately 12 months after assisting with the move of First Foundation Inc.’s (“First Foundation”) headquarters to Dallas, Texas, Atlas Capital Advisors announced today that First Foundation has renewed its 72,427 square-foot-lease for its offices located at Lakeshore — a 900,000-square-foot office campus located at 18101 Von Karman Avenue in Irvine, California, with a newly remodeled courtyard, added restaurants, and upgraded parking garage. First Foundation will utilize the space to house executives and operations associated with its two subsidiaries, First Foundation Bank and First Foundation Advisors.
Serge Vishmid, Managing Principal of Atlas Capital Advisors, represented First Foundation in the transaction. He was assisted by his former colleague, Jack McNutt, of Newmark in Newport Beach, CA. The landlord, SENTRE, was represented by Rick Kaplan and Robert Lambert of Cushman & Wakefield.
“While First Foundation Inc. realized the benefit of relocating its headquarters to Texas, they also understood that Orange County was a strategically important market,” said Vishmid. “After touring and evaluating numerous office buildings in Orange County, it was decided that staying in their current location was the best option.”
