Gensler, GoFundMe and Lucca Sign On at DivcoWest’s DiamondView Tower in Downtown San Diego

DivcoWest and CBRE closed three leases at DiamondView Tower next to Petco Park — a new office deal with design firm Gensler, a multiyear renewal by GoFundMe and a second San Diego location for Lucca Italian Sandwich Shop — extending the Ballpark District tower's run as one of downtown's most active buildings.
