GR Properties USA, the U.S. arm of Hong Kong developer Guo Rui Group, has secured a $62 million bridge loan from Dwight Investment Management to recapitalize Lana, its newly completed 139-unit apartment building on the Culver City edge of the Palms neighborhood, retiring construction debt and preferred equity as the project leases up.
