Berkadia Closed The $29.49 Million Sale ($183,168 per Key) of the 161-Key Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Santa Ana, California
SANTA ANA, CA – February 27, 2023 – Berkadia announced today the sale of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orange County – Santa Ana, a 161-key select-service hotel in Santa Ana, California. Managing Director Scott Hall and Senior Directors Spencer Scott and Aaron Lapping of Berkadia Hotels & Hospitality led the transaction on behalf of the seller, Scottsdale-based Glacier House Hotels. The deal closed February 23.
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Santa Ana sold for $29.49 million to Irvine-based Heritage Hotel Group.

Opened in 2018, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Santa Ana is a 10-story hotel located in Orange County. The Hotel has convenient access to regional Southern California demand drivers and national attractions including Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, Universal Studios Hollywood, LEGOLAND California and SeaWorld San Diego.
