Iambic Therapeutics, the AI-driven drug developer that began trading on Nasdaq on Oct. 15 after a $150 million IPO, has stitched together roughly 96,000 square feet at 3545 Cray Court in Torrey Pines through a January lease and a July expansion, landing 32 months without base rent in a submarket where landlords are fighting hard for growing tenants.
