Jamison Scraps Stalled 110-Room Koreatown Hotel for 114-Unit Affordable Complex at 679 S. Harvard Boulevard

Jamison Services has filed plans to replace its long-stalled hotel project just south of Wilshire Boulevard with a seven-story, 114-unit building reserved entirely for low- and moderate-income renters, the latest Central Los Angeles site the Koreatown landlord is re-entitling for affordable housing.
