San Diego, CA, January 26, 2021 – Kevin Pokrywa has joined the BNBuilders team as its newest Project Executive based in the firm’s San Diego office. In his new role, Mr. Pokrywa will focus on expanding BNBuilders’ healthcare portfolio. He brings over 16 years of experience in planning, development, real estate, and construction. Mr. Pokrywa specializes in healthcare and education projects, leading all phases of a project from master planning, preconstruction, and design phase management to coordinating with agencies.

Mr. Pokrywa is passionate about healthcare and holds an impressive resume of experience. He was an integral part of the Palomar Health team that successfully completed the $956m, 750,000 SF Palomar Medical Center in Escondido, California which won the 2012 Engineering News Record project of the year. Eventually, he assumed the role of Director of Facilities Planning and Development for the healthcare agency. Having worked on various projects as an owner, a construction management consultant, and a general contractor, he brings a unique perspective on how to best serve his clients and deliver a successful product.
