Los Angeles, Calif. (May 8, 2023) – Elizabeth Clark has joined Kidder Mathews’ Century City office as a senior vice president. She brings over 16 years of commercial real estate experience representing buyers and sellers of retail, office, industrial, and multifamily investment properties.
Clark got her start in commercial real estate at Marcus & Millichap in West Los Angeles. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, she was with Douglas Elliman in Beverly Hills. Over the course of her career, she has been recognized as a top producer with various industry recognitions including Real Estate Forum’s “50 under 40” in the nation for 2016 and, from the Los Angeles Business Journal, a “Broker of the year” nomination in 2019, “Deal of the Year” nomination in 2020, and the prestigious “Leader of Influence” award in 2022.
Clark’s clients have included DLJ Development, CIM Group, Lucent Capital, and HQ Development. She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the American Industrial Real Estate Association (AIR).
