Lewis Retail Centers has cleared and fully entitled the site for Arboretum Marketplace, a Stater Bros.-anchored neighborhood center at the gateway to The Arboretum master-planned community in North Fontana, and has started offsite construction while it lines up restaurant and service tenants for the remaining shop space.
