Three years after buying the aging Westfield Mission Valley from Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, Lowe and Real Capital Solutions will publicly debut the rebranded The Valley on Oct. 9, showcasing a renovation built around experiential anchors like California's first Dick's House of Sport and a longer-term push to add housing on the 41-acre site.
