A Lancaster property that opened as a hotel and spent nearly three decades as a private college has found a third act, with an affiliate of NewGen Health Inc. paying $14.4 million for the shuttered University of Antelope Valley campus and planning to convert it into a regional social services hub in partnership with Los Angeles County.
