Paramount Pictures has taken over Netflix's lease on the Bay Theater inside Rick Caruso's Palisades Village, tapping luxury dine-in operator The Lot to run the five-screen cinema and aiming to bring it back before the end of 2026, nearly two years after the Palisades Fire shut it down.
