IRVINE, Calif. – August 8, 2023 - Rockefeller Group has acquired 14 acres in Perris, Calif. and will develop a 259,000-square-foot distribution center. The project, Patterson Commerce Center, will be located adjacent to Optimus Logistics Center, a 1.4 million square foot, two-building logistics center the company completed and sold in 2018.
