Chef Roy Choi will bring the second location of his acclaimed Best Friend restaurant to Anaheim's OCVIBE in Fall 2027, giving the Samueli family's $5 billion district its first marquee culinary tenant and a homegrown headliner for a dining program that aims to reshape Orange County's reputation as a destination for food.
