New York trimmings house Samuel & Sons Passementerie has renewed its 2,500-square-foot showroom at Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood, keeping a family-run resource for tassels, braids and fringe inside the design campus as Cohen Brothers Realty locks in more than a dozen showroom and dining deals.
