NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., March 16, 2021 – Sares Regis Group is pleased to announce Jeff Condon has joined its multifamily property management division, SRG Residential, as Vice President of Business Development. Mr. Condon will be based in SRG’s Newport Beach headquarters and will look to expand strategic relationships throughout California with new and existing clients.
Mr. Condon comes to SRG Residential with over 13 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate with a focus on managing apartment communities, condominiums, and residential subdivisions. Mr. Condon was previously a principal at SagePoint where he provided market analysis along with development, marketing, and sales services to urban and resort real estate developers and investors. Mr. Condon began his real estate career in 2009 at Kennedy Wilson, where he worked in the brokerage group and advanced into acquiring and managing apartment communities, condominium projects, hotels, and industrial assets.
Mr. Condon earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Stanford University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
