San Diego, Calif. – Colliers is pleased to announce the $45,000,000 sale of SorrentoView Business Park, a seven-building, multi-tenant, Class-A, mixed-use/flex business park in the central San Diego location of Sorrento Mesa.
Spanning across three street addresses (5945-5965 Pacific Center Boulevard, 10151-10211 Pacific Mesa Boulevard, and 5940 Pacific Mesa Court), the park encompasses ±139,340 total square feet.
Colliers Executive Vice President Evan McDonald represented the seller, Sorrento Seven LLC, in executing the sale. The private Buyer was self-represented.
