Skyline Construction has promoted Adam Chelini to Senior Vice President of Operations for California. Since joining Skyline in the Bay Area over 23 years ago as a Project Manager, Adam has played a key role in scaling the company’s revenue from $15 million to over $600 million. Over his 28-year construction career, Adam has led teams to build more than 400 projects, including high-end law offices, creative tech spaces, complex building repositionings, and infrastructure projects.

In his new role, Adam will oversee the day-to-day operations of all 5 California offices, focusing on expanding project portfolios, integrating newer offices like San Diego, and fostering leadership development. Known for his expertise in construction risk management and innovative problem-solving, Adam has been instrumental in defining Skyline’s system for financial transparency and quality assurance.

“Skyline’s culture of collaboration and innovation have inspired me to stay and grow with the company throughout the majority of my career,” said Adam Chelini. “I’m honored to step into this new role and look forward to mentoring our exceptional teams to deliver innovative projects for our valued clients.”

“Adam’s dedication to leadership and his strategic vision have been vital in helping Skyline achieve steady and calculated growth,” said Rene Olivo, President of Skyline Construction in California. “His commitment to developing our teams and scaling operations is a testament to the strength of our employee ownership model. I am honored to work alongside Adam.”
