Eligibility
- Must be under 40 years of age as of December 31, 2025
- Primary work focus in Southern California commercial real estate (Ventura, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, Imperial, or San Diego counties)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate
- Demonstrated professional excellence and industry impact
How to Nominate
Nominations are open to all Southern California commercial real estate professionals. You may nominate colleagues, clients, or business partners who exemplify excellence in their field. Self-nominations are also welcome and encouraged.
Nomination Requirements:
- Completed nomination form
- Professional biography and headshot
- Description of achievements and impact (500 words maximum)
- Supporting materials (deal sheets, project summaries, etc.)
Important Dates
Nomination Deadline: Thanksgiving Day, November 27, 2025
Winner Recognition: December 2025
Winners will be recognized during special events throughout December 2025.
