Insulin pump maker Tandem Diabetes Care renewed 48,880 square feet of Class C space in Sorrento Mesa in the third quarter, holding onto what appears to be its pump and cartridge production base even as the company has spent three years trimming office and sublease exposure elsewhere in San Diego.
