Topline Trade Union Acquires 180,000 SQFT Office Property in San Bernardino for $34MM

Topline Trade Union is buying up more space in the Inland Empire. According to public records, the company purchased a 180,000 square foot office property for $34.175 million, or about $190 per square foot. The property was sold by Harbor Associates.

The property is located at 621-685 E Carnegie Drive on more than three acres. According to public records, the site consists of three buildings built between 1987 and 1988. The property is currently occupied by a number of tenants, including nonprofit organization Community Health Association Inland Southern Region, Adecco Staffing and Children’s Advocacy Group.

The property is also surrounded by several retail amenities, such as Target, Costco, The Home Depot and more. The buildings are situated near Interstate 10 and 215 and are also just north of the Loma Linda University School of Public Health.

Topline Trade Union is a manufacturer of wheel accessories, according to its website. The recent acquisition by the company comes after another recent acquisition of an office building in Corona earlier this month. According to previous reporting from The Registry, the company purchased a 61,878 square foot office building located at 2280 Wardlow Circle for $15.2 million, or about $245 per square foot. The property was sold by The Koll Company.

Its seller, Harbor Associates, has also remained fairly active in Southern California through a number of property acquisitions and dispositions. In one recent deal, Harbor Associates acquired a 118,906 square foot commercial office/R&D building located at 30601 Agoura Road in Agoura Hills for $19.275 million, or $162 per square foot. The property serves as headquarters for A2 Bio.
