TS Emporium Leases 21,827 SQFT Retail Space in San Gabriel

Los Angeles – Sept. 13, 2021 – CBRE announced that TS Emporium leased a 21,827 square-foot retail space in San Gabriel, Calif. 

CBRE’s Brian McDonald and Kelly Murphy represented the landlord, Smaldino Investments, in the transaction. The tenant was represented by CBRE’s Jason Chao and McDonald. TS Emporium leased the space, at 5439 Rosemead Boulevard, San Gabriel. Opening is expected in mid-October. 

The highly visible property sits along a vibrant retail corridor at the corner of Rosemead Boulevard and Broadway. Established in 1979, TS Emporium operates four stores in the greater San Gabriel Valley and is the largest purveyor of American Ginseng, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Nutritious Goods in the Americas, among other brands and products. 

“TS Emporium chose this new location to expand its footprint in the San Gabriel Valley in order to better service its regional customer base,” said Chao. “This is an excellent, highly visible location that will easily draw a large number of customers.” 

Added Murphy, “The San Gabriel Valley market continues to be a strong draw for regional and national users eager to serve the densely populated trade area.”
