LOS ANGELES, February 4, 2022 –JLL announced today that Valley Community Healthcare, a non-profit organization that provides a wide array of clinical and patient-centered programs through a neighborhood network of healthcare centers in the San Fernando Valley, has signed a new lease for 8,940 square feet of office space at 13400 Riverside Drive in Sherman Oaks, California. Valley Community Healthcare, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), will be moving its administrative functions to the new space to accommodate growing clinical needs at its area clinics.
JLL’s Bryan Lewitt, Chris Isola and Kellie Hill represented Valley Community Healthcare in the lease. The landlord, 13400 Riverside Drive, Ltd., was represented by Robert Erickson of Industry Partners.
“Heathcare providers are continually looking for more efficient ways to help their patients,” said Lewitt. “Valley Community Healthcare was able to achieve this by moving its administrative functions offsite.”
13400 Riverside Drive is ideally located excellent access to 101 and 405 Freeways, providing convenient access to neighboring submarkets. It is walking distance to abundant retail and restaurants.
