Senior Executive Brings Extensive Experience in Strategic Business Operations
Newport Beach, Calif. (May 5, 2022) — Landsea Homes Corporation (Nasdaq: LSEA) (“Landsea Homes” or the “Company”), a publicly traded residential homebuilder, announced today that longtime homebuilding executive Vickie Nyland has joined the Company’s expanding senior leadership team as Senior Vice President of Corporate Homebuilding Operations.

In this newly created role, Nyland will support Forsum, working with senior leaders on establishing and meeting business plan, achieving forecasts and ensuring customer excellence. She will also support financial aspects related to sales and pricing, gross margins, land acquisitions and other key operational aspects of the business.

After working for 10 years with several homebuilding clients as a senior manager with KPMG, Nyland joined Ryland Homes as vice-president/controller. She then served as senior vice-president and chief financial officer for Taylor Woodrow Homes’ West region, managing financial operations in the Bay Area, Southern California and Arizona. After their merger, she served as president of Taylor Morrison’s Bay Area division and led the building of more than 200 homes. She oversaw financial reporting, analysis and corporate accounting for Wilber Ellis, a multi-billion dollar global distribution company before joining Trumark Homes as chief financial officer. Vickie then served as chief financial officer for Lennar Urban and the vice president of finance for its affiliate, Five Point, before joining Lendlease – Google Development Ventures as senior vice president /executive general manager of finance.
