1.7MM SQFT Industrial Complex in Santa Clarita Achieves Full Occupancy

By The Registry Staff

The Center at Needham Ranch, a sprawling 1.7 million-square-foot industrial park nestled in Santa Clarita, has achieved full occupancy, marking a milestone moment for the development. This was made possible with the recent leasing of the last two buildings in the final phase of the development by beverage manufacturer DrinkPAK. This move will enable the company to expand its presence in the center by an impressive 965,000 square feet, thereby solidifying its position as a key player in the beverage industry.

The final phase of construction on the Center is expected to be completed by the end of 2023, with DrinkPAK occupying the 107,522-square-foot Building 17 and the 85,802-square-foot Building 18. DrinkPAK has been an active participant in the Center’s growth, having previously pre-leased the entire 198,451-square-foot Building 14. This followed the leasing of 172,324 square feet of space in Building 2 in October 2020, and 400,095 square feet in Buildings 3 and 4 in April 2021.

The Center at Needham Ranch is a joint venture between Trammell Crow Co. and Clarion Partners and has been instrumental in transforming Santa Clarita’s industrial landscape. DrinkPAK’s expansion marks yet another milestone for the center, which has proven to be an attractive location for businesses seeking a prime industrial park in California.

Representing DrinkPAK in the most recent lease were Patrick DuRoss, John DeGrinis and Jeff Abraham of Newmark, while CBRE’s Craig Peters, Cameron Merrill and Doug Sonderegger served as the center’s leasing agents. As the Center at Needham Ranch continues to attract top-notch businesses, the future looks bright for the development and the region as a whole.
