32,000 SQFT Warehouse in Carlsbad Trades in $11.85MM Deal

San Diego, Calif. – Colliers today announced the sale of a 32,000 square-foot freestanding industrial warehouse at 2070 Las Palmas Dr., Carlsbad, CA 92011. In an off-market transaction, a private buyer acquired the property from seller Anya Holdings LLC for $11,850,000.

Colliers Buyer Advisory experts Andrey Mindirgasov and Christopher Smith partnered with Peter Hauser of Northmarq in representing the buyer. Colliers San Diego Industrial experts Mike Erwin, Tucker Hohenstein, Hank Jenkins, and James Renner of Inland Pacific represented the seller.

“The buyer was in an exchange and satisfied a portion of their upleg, said Christopher Smith. “This was an off-market transaction of a functional asset in a desirable market.”
