Los Angeles, CA — Westlake Labs, a 100,000 life science campus in Westlake Village, is currently under construction for 35,000 sf of speculative lab and office. Gray Matter by Graymark Capital, in partnership with Argosy Real Estate Partners, purchased the building earlier this year. They immediately hired BAM Creative, ACOCM and HITT to design, engineer and construct a 35,000 SF of Class A life science space consisting of 50% lab and 50% office, which is divisible to two tenants. The conversion of this corporate headquarters building will support the growing life science community of the Conejo Valley. Completion scheduled for Q1 2024.
