Left Coast Brewing Company Leases 5,000 SQFT at The Collection Retail Center in Ontario

Ontario, CA — Lewis Retail Centers, a leading retail center developer and owner, announced that it has signed a 5,000-square-foot lease with San Clemente, California-based Left Coast Brewing Company at The Collection, a 96,000-square-foot neighborhood center currently under development in the heart of the entertainment district in Ontario, California. This will be the third U.S. location for Left Coast Brewing Company with the opening planned for first quarter 2024. Development of The Collection will be completed in December 2023.

Left Coast Brewing Company makes its own craft beer, vodka, gin, aged whiskey, rum and tequila in-house at their Tasting Room | Smokehouse | Distillery locations. It also offers smokehouse favorites with a wide range of sandwiches ranging from tri-tip, to pulled pork and smoked brisket that it pairs with other pub style offerings.

“The Collection presented us with an opportunity to be located in brand-new development that aligns ourselves with other great businesses in an area with very high traffic and visibility,” said Tommy Hadjis, General Manager of Left Coast Brewing Company. “We are looking forward to making experimental beers and sharing them with the community along with our full line up of beer. This new location will also offer customers more of a private experience through renting out our private dining space, full bar buy- outs and patio reservations.”

The Collection will provide a place to gather, be entertained, celebrate, and create memories with friends and family. It will be anchored by Stater Bros. Market and feature several popular brands including Taqueria 2 Portillos, Yoshiharu Ramen, The X Nail, Cold Stone Creamery, Farmer Boys, 7 Eleven, Starbucks, Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop, and West Coast Dental.
