84,312 SQFT Building Completed at Menifee’s Scott Road Commerce Center

Menifee, Calif. July 13, 2022 – Colliers today announced the completion of Scott Road Commerce Center’s building 2—the second of five—now available for lease or sale. The project is the latest from Newport Beach-based investment firm Jupiter Holdings LLC, represented by Colliers’ Tucker Hohenstein and Joey Jones, along with Gordon Mize of Lee & Associates.

Located at 33360 Zeiders Road in Menifee, just north of the Murrieta and Temecula submarkets immediately off the Scott Road and I-215 interchange, the project is the city’s first Class-A industrial complex since 2018. Part of an expansive five-building development totaling 701,262 square feet, building 2 is 84,312 square feet, providing heavy power capabilities with ±2,000 amps, 18 dock-high doors, six grade-level doors, and 24’ height clearance.

“Many Southern California companies are moving to Menifee and Riverside County because of the high quality of life, the ample labor pool, and the abundance of high-quality housing,” says Tucker Hohenstein. “Scott Road Commerce Center offers a unique opportunity to establish a presence in a rapidly growing and dynamic sub-market.”

Development for Phase II of Scott Road Commerce Center, encompassing 545,000 square feet across Buildings 3, 4, and 5, is set to begin with an official groundbreaking this August. The entire five-building development is on track for completion in mid-2023.
