Online fashion retailer Revolve Group has renewed its 48,356-square-foot office at 1318 E 7th Street in ROW DTLA, extending a stay that began with a 2022 relocation and reinforcing Atlas Capital Group's strategy of anchoring its 32-acre campus with apparel brands while Downtown Los Angeles availability tops 30 percent.
