Los Angeles office tenants signed 4.0 million square feet of leases in the third quarter of 2026, the most since 2019, as major occupiers from Raytheon to Pepperdine chose to renew rather than relocate, availability fell to 26.5 percent and sublease supply shrank for an eighth straight quarter, according to Savills.
