Orange County's office market blew past its five-year quarterly average as 2.1 million square feet of leasing, led by Envista Holdings, Regional Center of Orange County and Anduril Industries, pushed availability down to 17.3 percent and lifted Class A rents 5.4 percent from a year earlier, according to Savills.
