A.F. Gilmore Co. Scoops Up 29,000 SQFT Fairfax Theatre Site in Los Angeles for $7.2MM, 84% Below 2025 Ask

The family-owned company behind Los Angeles' Original Farmers Market has bought the gutted, landmark-protected Fairfax Theatre at Beverly Boulevard and Fairfax Avenue for $7.21 million, ending a 56-year ownership run and capping a price slide that erased more than four-fifths of the property's original asking price.
