Premier Workspaces Commits to 10-Year, 20,000 SQFT Lease at Irvine Towers Near John Wayne Airport

Irvine-based flexible office operator Premier Workspaces has committed to a 10-year lease for 20,131 square feet at Irvine Towers near John Wayne Airport, where it plans to open more than 80 furnished private offices in winter 2027, its 23rd location in Orange County.
