Santa Ana-based Arkadian Marina Ventures LLC has paid $47 million for Peter's Landing, the 98,500-square-foot waterfront retail and office center in Huntington Harbour, and plans a decade-long repositioning aimed at turning the Mother's Market-anchored property into Huntington Beach's version of Newport Beach's Lido Marina Village.
