BKM Capital Partners Lands 231,000 SQFT Goldenwest Circle Business Park in Westminster for $62MM

BKM Capital Partners has paid $62 million for Goldenwest Circle Business Park, a fully leased, 12-building small-bay campus on the Interstate 405 corridor in Westminster, wagering that Orange County's shrinking supply of shallow-bay space will reward fresh capital in a 1960s-era asset that property records show it bought from Blackstone's Link Logistics.
