A venture that public records tie to Artemis Real Estate Partners and operator Atria Senior Living paid $88.53 million for Atria Newport Beach, a 168-unit independent living, assisted living and memory care community across from Hoag Hospital, valuing the Orange County campus at roughly two and a half times the national per-unit average for senior housing.
